We invite you to stay in our luxurious mountain log home in Southwest Colorado. The living room has a wood stove, a comfortable sofa with a pull out bed, a lazy boy, a lounge sofa, a 60" flat screen TV, DVD player, and cable. There is a large wrap around deck off the living room with an enclosed fire place, a table that sits 6 people,8 person hot tub, propane grill , a hammock and a pool table. The kitchen has granite counter tops, split under mount sink, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and a full size family dining room granite table. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans, plates, silverware and a gas stove. There are two custom master bedrooms and bathrooms both located upstairs. They both have small balconies that you can walk out on to relax and watch the sunrise. One of the master bedrooms has a walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a two person Jacuzzi tub. The bedroom has a California King bed and amazing views. This master also has a desk, cable and a flat screen TV. The other guest master has a full bath with jetted tub. The other three bedrooms have standard queen beds, with closet space. Three of the bathrooms have jet tubs and a shower, the fourth bathroom has a steam shower with no bathtub. Upstairs next to the second master, there is a full gym that has a sliding glass door that opens onto a small balcony. You can make day trips, to name a few, to Mesa Verde National Park, Canyon of the Ancients, Durango Silverton Train, Dolores River Canyon, Ouray, Box Canyon, Telluride, Hovenweep National Monument. There are so many activities to do right out your backdoor. In the winter enjoy snowshoeing, snowboarding, skiing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, hot springs. Summer and fall activities may include: hiking, camping,lake fishing, fly fishing, boating, horseback riding, kayaking, river rafting, jet skiing, jeeping, golfing, and biking. The LOFT SUITE has a King size bed, a raised twin air bed, and room to add more sleeping if needed. It has a full kitchen (stocked with dishes, pans, towels). You will have access to a microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, 2 sinks with garbage disposal, Gas stove top and electric start gas oven and a coffee pot. There is a small work area/desk, a kitchen table, a dresser, and 2 chairs (one recliner). Located in the "attic" of the CLUBHOUSE on Circle C RV Campground, you will have use of the restrooms and shower down the steps, which is shared by Cabin and Tent site customers. This room rents out for $65 per night. The view of the Ute and Mesa Verde Mountain just outside the window is breath-taking, and you might even see the area wildlife (see the pic of the deer I took?). The beams on the ceiling are low, so if you are tall, this might not be a good fit. Not suitable for children or pets. This could be perfect if you just need a night or two down time to continue driving the next day, and/or if you do not have a camper! It could also be a romantic get-a-way!

Our CABIN is 10 x 16 foot. You will have COLD running Water ONLY (NOT during winter months but you can heat water on the stove), Electricity and a propane/gas camper stove. It has a futon with a Full bed on bottom and twin bed on top. We provide a mattress on top of the futon when it lays flat for more comfortable sleeping. There is an antique fold out kitchen table, small fridge, dishes, pans, coffee pot, small dresser, dish and hand soap, and paper towels. You will be within walking distance to the Clubhouse where you will have access to a shower and RESTROOMS. We placed the Cabin so it faces the breathtaking views of the mountains and you might see the deer that roam the area! We have added the front porch, steps, and fire pit outside for more enjoyment! We added a microwave and a gravel driveway to the cabin as well! We now provide 2 towels for Showers but you provide (or purchase from our STORE) Laundry soap. If you forget anything, we have some items and more available for purchase in our STORE in the Clubhouse. This is a cute, cozy, pet friendly Cabin!

The corner of Fourth and Riverside is shaded by a grove of trees that conceal our cute, two-story, four bedroom country home with wrap around porches. With two stone patios in front and a fenced animal yard in the rear there is plenty of room for large social gatherings while you are around the house and the River Walk leading to parks and the Lake starts at the end of the block. Centrally located in the social heart of the town you are close enough to take a two block walk to the Dolores River Brewery for some great live music without being bothered if the band plays later than your bedtime. Catch up on local news at the Dolores Food Market which is 100 yards away. If skiing, hiking, biking, boating, hunting, fishing, four wheeling or any number of other out door activities are your thing you will have the perfect base camp to enjoy them all. Ride your mountain bike out the driveway, down the River Walk and into 100's of miles of trails around the lake and into the mountains. The house sleeps 12 comfortably and more in a pinch if you want to get out the futons. In the morning use the full kitchen to cook for the family and then use the two sinks and dishwasher for easy clean up.

A couple of new upgrades to our home. We have just installed 240 charging for electric vehicles (sorry not Tesla - this is a level 2 J1772). We also installed a 5 person infrared sauna! So for all you bikers and hikers and skiers and hunters, it is a great way to relax! This two bedroom home provides you with a comfortable and convenient location for all your fun in Southwest Colorado. Great outdoor sports and interesting destinations lie in all directions and when the day is done, come 'home' to relax in comfort. Sleeps 4 comfortably in two full bedrooms and then there is a futon that can be relocated as needed for 2 more and we can accommodate extra children that love to 'camp out'. Fully loaded kitchen, bathroom, separate dining area and breakfast nook give you plenty of living space. Loops coffee shop next door can get your caffeine needs and breakfast burrito ready to go. All four seasons are a wonderful time to visit the Southwestern United States. Spring weather can have a few storms but generally we have sunny days, the national parks are open, and the weather is beautiful for exploring. Summer days are for bike riding, hiking, boating, and adventures. Fall is a wonderful time in the Southwest region for your color watch - seeing the trees change into their glorious new wardrobe before winter. Hunters can have all the amenities and still be close to a multitude of good hunting spots. Wintertime equates to great skiing at either Purgatory (formerly known as the Durango Mountain Resort) or Telluride. Cross country ski almost anywhere when the snow is good. The Dolores River is literally 200 yards from your front door and McFee Reservoir is 1 mile away. Go skiing in Telluride or Durango, great mountain biking can be found at Boggy Draw (3 miles away) or Phil's World (12 miles away) just to name a few. Visit Mesa Verde or check out the Ute Mountain Tribal park to fulfill your archeological dreams. Truly there are too many things to do in the area to list them all. The ranch is perfect for a family get-away, writer's retreat, artist's haven, pastor's retreat, or just a place to relax in the quiet rural setting. The ranch style house has an attached garage where you can park your car out of the elements along with your bikes, ski gear, etc. The house will accommodate eight. Children are welcome. There is a large living area with two enclosed porches where you can lounge, enjoy the great scenery, or even sleep. The house has two bedrooms with queen-size beds and two bathrooms. A porch facing south allows you to view the La Plata Mountains to the east, Mesa Verde to the south, and The Sleeping Ute Mountain in the southwest as you relax in the comfy chairs and enjoy the barbecue. A fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and toaster oven as well as many cooking utensils and dishes. A large dining table in the living area seats eight comfortably. We also have a washer and dryer. There is a fenced-in yard with a doggy door into the garage so your canine friend can accompany you. A caretaker will be available to answer any questions you might have. Critter Mountain Ranch has 16 alpacas which you can watch from the windows and even visit the barn as long as a ranch hand accompanies you. You may see a rancher in the early morning and/or evening as the alpacas are fed and watered. Biking trails are within a mile of the property and The Nature Center at Butler Corner, with six miles of hiking trails is two miles away where you can see more alpacas, goats, and other farm animals. Hesperus Ski Area is forty-five minutes away, Telluride one hour, Mesa Verde an hour to the south, and Canyonlands and the Navajo Reservation just a short drive away. Dolores, the nearest town, is two and a half miles from the ranch and has many amenities including a grocery store, general store, hair stylist, several restaurants, gas stations, Post Office, and library. The sun comes in the south facing widows in the morning which is a good time to look out for deer and elk. Take a walk around the perimeter of the acreage in the evening during sunset to find pottery shards and see wildlife. Sleep well with cool nights at 7000 feet. Safe for kids, no cliffs or water to fall into. I supply paper towels, TP, hand soap. Sheets and towels provided. Has a bath tub but the water heater is only 20 gallons. It's a half mile gravel road access. Owner occasionally visits in the adjacent building with a separate access road. There's an outdoor cat.

Downstairs, you will find a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, vanity sink, and dressing area. From the master bedroom you can walk directly outside onto the lower back deck. A few steps away, relax beneath the large shade tree in the double swing, listening to the song birds and creek below. There is a full kitchen supplied with many of the amenities you will need, including a dishwasher, pots/pans, glasses, plates, etc. In the bathroom downstairs you will find a large stone walk-in shower accessible to all guests. Dolores River State Wildlife area land joins our property for a long stretch of river downstream. You can fish Rainbow and Brown Trout, we've even caught small mouth bass. Come in November and witness tens of bald eagles in the backyard perched in the trees waiting for the salmon. Put your kayaks or raft in the river and end up in town at the River Front Bar and Grill. Or just take a nap in the hammock next to the river. Play in the river during the heat of the day and enjoy smores by the campfire at night. Bring the horses for a fun time hitting all the endless trails. Make this your home base when you come elk hunting. Home is 2 story with a loft. One queen bed on one side separated by a high wall and door. Other side of loft has one full and one queen. One bathroom and laundry room. We have a land line for telephone and Direct Tv. There is wifi! Its not high speed internet but it keeps you connected. Depending on your carrier there is cell service, you can send and receive texts through wifi. Dolores, CO is on the San Juan Skyway Scenic Byway. This drive is rated among the most scenic drives in America. Tourist come from all over in the fall to see the trees on full display. This area is full of ancient ruins, deserted mining towns, national parks, and some of the best scenery in America. The San Juan Skyway Scenic Byway covers 236 miles of terrain across southwestern Colorado. This loop travels through Durango, Mancos, Dolores, Stoner, Rico, Telluride, Ridgway, Ouray, and Silverton. Be sure to allow at least two days to see everything this byway has to offer. The home sits between two steep cliffs on the 145 just 4.5 miles out of the town of Dolores. There is so much to do year around in this part of Colorado. We are a short drive to Telluride and Durango. We have the incredible Mc Phee Reservoir just minutes from Dolores. It is the second largest body of water in CO. Boat rentals available and great fishing and water sports on this beautiful body of water. This part of CO is the mountain biking capital of the world. Enjoy world famous Phil's World in Cortez and be sure to visit Mesa Verde National Park and ride the Narrow Gauge Railroad in Historic Durango.

Located just a little North of Cortez. With beautiful views of the country side and surrounding mountain ranges. The sunrises, sunsets and the big star filled sky are amazing! Beware, you just may fall in love with this area and move here like we did. You will have convenient access to all the attractions in the area. There is something for everyone ~ hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, swimming, boating, hot springs, museums, casino, parks, gondola rides, national monuments, local wineries, 4 wheeling/jeep trails, scenic drives, historic train rides, dining and shopping. With so many things to explore ~ you may want to book your stay for several days, weeks or a month. The trailer is on our three- acre property. This is NOT an RV Park! We live on the property and have set up the RV next to a little apple and pear orchard about 90 feet from our home. Parking space is conveniently located by the RV. The RV has an outdoor kitchen (fridge, sink, gas grill and 2 burner range), fire pit, camp chairs with attached table, picnic table, lounge camp chairs and even an outdoor shower (in case your adventures get your stuff muddy). The interior of the RV is spacious with two opposing slide outs and has a tall ceiling throughout (82.5"). The bathroom has a lot of storage space, sink/vanity area, spacious corner shower and of course the commode/toilet. The bedroom has a "pocket door" for privacy, queen size bed that you can walk around both sides, mirror, dresser, closets, lots of storage space. The main kitchen/living area includes radio, TV (no cable), DVD player, fridge, small freezer, kitchen island, lots of storage, 3 burner range and small oven, microwave, dinette and loveseat. The RV is stocked with all amenities needed in the kitchen, bedroom linens/blankets/pillows and bath/shower supply's, including, rugs, towels, toiletries, special RV toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. We purchased the 2016 RV new and it still smells and looks new!
